Here are shot pics of a massive avalanche off Willis Wall sometime in August 2005. Some city-block size chunks of Ice Cliff must have fallen off the ice cap. This ice was there even after the first snowfall. A Rainier Ranger even mentioned a huge avalanche had occured on the Wall. Hopefully someone can get up there and check it out someday. I bet this will be a new ice climb for hard core climbers.
Look at the big "Y" on the left part of the mountain to see the new ice climb. The smaller line to the right is Liberty Ridge which is a 50 Classic Climb in the USA.
